Step 1: Download CoPilot Central 2.0

Step 2: Install CoPilot Central 2.0 to your computer

Step 3: Turn on your PC*MILER Navigator 50' series device

**CAUTION: Do not launch Navigation. Screen must display Navigation and Settings options before continuing with next step.

Step 4:Connect the PC*MILER Navigator '50 series device to the computer
with mini-USB cable provided. When you see the following screen, press the left-most button.

Step 5: Launch CoPilot Central on your computer

Step 6:Create a Copilot Central account by clicking on the Create Account button on the right side of the screen. If you do not see the Create Account button, ensure that CoPilot Central has detected your PC*MILER Navigator 50' series device. A properly detected GPS looks something like this.

Step 7: Your device is now connected and will be able to download updates

**NOTE: If you are using Windows XP and your GPS device is not being recognized as a mass storage, please download the following hot fix: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/955704
