Receiving Your Credit
Once we receive your old GPS, we will issue your credit of $30. This credit should appear on your credit card statement 5-7 business days after we receive your GPS. Please note the credit will appear under the name Noetic, Inc.

Go to usps.com and enter your tracking number in the Track & Confirm box to find out where your package is.
