Order Processing & ShippingOrders received before 12 noon Central Standard Time (CST) will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders received after 12 noon CST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
To protect consumers from credit card fraud, all website orders will be shipped to the credit card billing address. Orders needing to be shipped to an address different from the credit card billing address will need to be placed directly through customer service.
In the event a product is back-ordered, customers will be contacted via e-mail with the anticipated ship date. Customers with multi-product orders will be given the option of shipping the back-ordered product(s) separately or delaying shipment until the entire order can be filled. Additional shipping charges will apply if back-ordered product(s) are shipped separately.
A paid invoice will be sent with your order. This is your receipt. If you would need to make a warranty claim or return your product, you will need this receipt. We strongly suggest you file it with your records.
All orders are shipped by the carrier and service level selected at checkout. Shipments leaving the continental United States will be charged for international shipping. Any duties or taxes levied on International orders are the responsibility of the customer.
If FedEx is the carrier, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has shipped. Risk and liability for shipment loss transfers to the customer once FedEx takes possession of the order. All shipments are insured for $100.
